Writing
For many of us, our dream began with a blank page. In most cases, the journey from writing your story to seeing it on screen is either impossible, or very, very long. But here at the Forkshop, there are opportunities to not only practice and hone your skills, but to see them acted in front of you; to get your words on stage, small screen or silver screen in a matter of minutes or months.
We have three options for those interested in writing for the Forkshop.
The Charlie Kaufman Package - We will either edit your feature script or build you a pitch deck for your project. You'll have access to our writing classes. We will use some of your feasible short scripts for Fork It! skits. You can join one of the writers' rooms for our major productions. We can incorporate you into Forkshop projects, and push your career.
The Zach Helm Package - You will have access to our writing classes, and we may use some of your feasible short scripts for Fork It! skits. You can submit to join a major production's writers' room.
The Ehren Kruger Package - You can submit a short script for consideration for one of our Forkshop shorts. If your sketch makes it into our show Fork It!, you will receive IMDb credits to further your career.
